Welcome to Pink Spring Flowers!

On the pages of this website you’ll find ONLY Pink flowers to choose for your flower garden this year. I decided to make it very easy for a person specifically looking for a flower by their color, without the distractions of viewing all the different colors of spring flower blooms.

Color can influence a persons mood and perception. Pink is a mild version of red, expressing love and passion, but in a gentle, more chaste manner. Pink is the color of youth, joy, gentility, innocence, and sweetness.

Pink Flowers in your Flower Garden

Symbolic languages of flowers began in the 1600′s in Constantinople. Lady Mary Wortley was pivotal in bringing flowers and meanings to England in 1716. Due to the strict protocol of the times, emotions, wishes and thoughts were not openly expressed between men and women. Instead, an elaborate language based on flower symbolism was developed. The first book written on flower symbolism was Le Language des Fleurs by Madame Charlotte de la Tour in 1819.

A Pink Camellia symbolizes “Longing for you”.

A Pink Carnation symbolizes “I’ll never forget you, a Woman’s love, and Gratitude”.

A Pink Tulip symbolizes “Caring”.

The Pink Rose has many symbolisms, and you can find them on page 4 of this website. I’ve also inserted the general symbolisms of many of the flowers presented on this website.
